An event every week that begins at 8:00pm on Tuesday, repeating until 9th May 2018


Calling any one who has a busy lifestyle, business owners, corporate professionals, anyone who needs head space time out, wants to be more effective, more efficient, improve their coping mechanisms for managing stress levels, create a  calmer mindset, create clarity in their everyday life, this is for you. Clearer mindset creates more time for you as well becoming more effective and improving work life balance performance.

Every Tuesday from 20.00 – 21.00.

This is a four week course, costing £75.00.

You will received a book on Mindfulness.

You will get a discount towards the Headspace App.

You will receive a weekly e-mail with hints and tips from Ikila of White Stag Coaching Ltd.

The course will be presented by White Stag Coaching Ltd.
