The Complementary Healing and Teaching Sanctuary is a purpose-built therapy clinic set in a large garden situated in the Essex countryside.

There are several treatment rooms on the ground floor with easy access for disabled or wheel-chair users. We also have a large room on the first floor which is available for workshops and classes. All rooms have been designed to a high standard to provide a safe, practical and professional space in which to work.

The use of soft lighting, gentle music and essential oils creates a calm and relaxing ambiance throughout the Sanctuary.

The Therapy Rooms are fully equipped and provide our therapists with a professional, relaxing and practical space to receive their clients.

The Green therapy room (shown on the left) overlooks the front lawn, rose quartz crystal and Francis of Assisi shrub garden.

The Yellow therapy room overlooks the herb garden, dove cote and pond.

Each room has:

• built-in hand wash basin
• heating
• treatment couch
• two chairs
• optional piped music with 3 volume settings
• well tended plants
• windows overlooking the garden (curtains can be drawn for privacy)

On the first floor we have a spacious teaching room which is used for a variety of workshops and classes such as Yoga, parenting workshops, success coaching, and classes in complementary therapy techniques such as Hopi Ear Candling and Natural Lift Face Massage. We can accomodate up to 30 students.

The Teaching Room has:

• wooden floor and beams
• heating
• windows on every aspect
• 20 folding chairs
• optional piped music with 3 volume settings
