I am a Neuro Linguistic Master Practitioner and qualified coach and have over thirty years experience in empowering people of all ages and from all walks of life. I work as a Leadership Consultant and as an Executive and Life Coach and Mentor.

I have been described by Ofsted as an ‘inspirational leader’ and by Investors in People as an ‘impressive coach and exceptional mentor who has developed an innovative and exemplary training scheme’ for emergent, middle and senior managers.

My work is all about empowerment, helping you to develop confidence, to achieve your dreams and to find solutions to the trickiest of problems. Life is all about choices and making the right ones makes all the difference to the quality of your life. I provide one-to-one coaching and coaching workshops and have clients across the world.

I am the founder of Graduate Solutions and Recovering Workaholics. Graduate Solutions offers training, mentoring and coaching to support the development of leadership from emergent to Senior Management level.

I am also the author of ‘Kick Start Your Career’ and ‘How YOU Can Manage Your Staff More Effectively (And In Doing So Pave The Way To Your Next Promotion)’ and have created a range of CDs – ‘Beat Insomnia’, ‘Relaxation – A Spanish Theme’ and ‘Become More Confident’.
