Current Classes & Timetable

Each individual will work to their own capabilities. Easier alternatives can be supplied for all exercises. You will need your own mat and please wear comfortable clothing.

YOGA

A fusion of many yoga styles to improve your physical fitness, strengthen your focus and stimulate prana (life force).  Regular yoga practice develops peace of mind, a strong healthy body and profound spiritual assurance.

PILATES

Sculpt your body with this intense toning Pilates class. A fusion of traditional Pilates exercises with the addition of resistance bands, to ensure speedy results.  These workouts focus on posture, strength and flexibility.

BODY SCULPT

An empowering Pilates style workout with resistance bands.  This full body workout will help you burn fat and build muscle.  Sculpt your abs, arms, back, butt, chest, core, glute, hip, legs, shoulder, thighs and more.

REMEDIAL CHAIR WORKOUT

Suitable for people recovering from injury or returning to fitness. Resistance bands are used to enhance strength. Breathing techniques are utilised to enhance cardiovascular improvement.

Class Payment Details

Choose to suit you – There are three payment packages when choosing to join the Holistic-Fitness classes at The Sanctuary. Unlike other Gyms and Studios, you are not tied into any payment contract. You simply decide which package you want to go for each month.

  • Pay as you go – £10 per class

    If you wish to just drop in and pay as you go, the cost is £10 per class for both 60 minute and 90 minute classes.

  • 4 for 3 – £30 for four classes

    You can save money through purchasing your classes in advance. 4 classes for the price of 3, will save you £10 per month on your weekly basis. Or, you can come to any four classes within one month of the purchase date.

  • Monthly Unlimited Classes – £50

    If you are serious about making noticeable changes to your overall health and fitness, you need to exercise more than once a week. This package is for those that are looking for faster results to fitness and stress relief. This package will allow you entry to all fitness classes on the schedule. A choice of 15 classes are available per week.
